About Me

I always have had trouble deciding what exactly 'about me' is worth sharing or interesting to people, so I'll try to keep it short and sweet:

I'm in my early-late twenties (!) and a US citizen, although I was born and have spent around 60% of my time on this planet living overseas. I love tea (served hot or cold), reading, my Howard University sweatpants, dill pickles, and the panicked feeling of nostalgia that washes over you when the plane rushes down the runway for take off. 

My taller half and I (married since September 2016!) currently live and work in Iringa, Tanzania where we raise our fur-child Bruce Wayne and plan adventures for as often as our bank accounts allow. Together, we chase happiness, boldness, and travel miles!
